### sec.63 Record of coastal protection or tidal works notice in land registry This section applies if a coastal protection or tidal works notice is given in relation to land other than unallocated State land. As soon as practicable after giving the notice, the chief executive must give written notice to the registrar of titles of the giving of the notice. The registrar must keep records that show the notice has been given. The registrar must keep the records in a way that a search of the register kept by the registrar under any Act relating to title to the land will show the notice has been given. As soon as practicable after the notice has been complied with, the chief executive must give written notice to the registrar of compliance with the notice. As soon as practicable after receiving the notice of compliance, the registrar must remove the particulars of the notice from the registrar’s records. (sec.63-ssec.1) This section applies if a coastal protection or tidal works notice is given in relation to land other than unallocated State land.
