### sec.26 Keeping draft coastal plan available for inspection
For the duration of the consultation period, the Minister must—
keep the draft coastal plan available for inspection by members of the public during office hours on business days at—
the head office and each regional office of the department; and
other places the chief executive considers appropriate; and
publish a copy of the draft plan on the department’s website.
On payment of a fee decided by the chief executive, a person may buy a copy of the draft plan.
The fee for a copy of the draft plan must not be more than the reasonable cost of publishing the copy.
