### sec.166 State of the coastal zone report
The chief executive must prepare and publish a report on the state of the coastal zone at least every 4 years.
The report must—
include an assessment of the condition of major coastal resources; and
identify significant trends in coastal values; and
review significant programs, activities and achievements of persons and public authorities in relation to the protection, restoration and enhancement of the coastal zone; and
evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of coastal management strategies implemented to achieve the object of this Act.
The Minister must table a copy of the report in the Legislative Assembly within 14 sitting days after receiving it.
(sec.166-ssec.1) The chief executive must prepare and publish a report on the state of the coastal zone at least every 4 years.
(sec.166-ssec.2) The report must— include an assessment of the condition of major coastal resources; and identify significant trends in coastal values; and review significant programs, activities and achievements of persons and public authorities in relation to the protection, restoration and enhancement of the coastal zone; and evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of coastal management strategies implemented to achieve the object of this Act.
(sec.166-ssec.3) The Minister must table a copy of the report in the Legislative Assembly within 14 sitting days after receiving it.
- (a) include an assessment of the condition of major coastal resources; and
- (b) identify significant trends in coastal values; and
- (c) review significant programs, activities and achievements of persons and public authorities in relation to the protection, restoration and enhancement of the coastal zone; and
- (d) evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of coastal management strategies implemented to achieve the object of this Act.
