### sec.151 Matters for which compensation is not payable
To remove any doubt, the owner is not entitled to be paid compensation—
for development, or an activity, unlawfully carried out; or
if the change merely requires the development, or an activity, to be carried out on a different part of the land to that preferred by the owner.
If compensation is payable under another Act, the claim for compensation must be made under the other Act.
(sec.151-ssec.1) To remove any doubt, the owner is not entitled to be paid compensation— for development, or an activity, unlawfully carried out; or if the change merely requires the development, or an activity, to be carried out on a different part of the land to that preferred by the owner.
