### sec.65 Standard operating procedure A coal mine must have a standard operating procedure for using personal protective equipment for a task at the mine. The procedure must provide for the following— training workers in— selecting appropriate personal protective equipment for the task; and using the equipment; instructions on using, maintaining and disposing of the equipment.
