### sec.49N Amendment by CEO
The CEO may decide to amend an approval at any time.
Without limiting subsection (1) , the amendment may impose a condition on, or vary or remove a condition of, the approval.
If the CEO decides to amend the approval, the CEO must give the approved provider an information notice about the decision.
The decision to amend the approval takes effect 10 days after the approved provider is given the information notice or, if the information notice states a later day of effect, on the later day.

(sec.49N-ssec.1) The CEO may decide to amend an approval at any time.
