### sec.376 Safety and health fee After the commencement, the amount of the safety and health fee that accrued for a period before the commencement, is to be worked out using information included in a safety and health census under section 12F, as if the repeal had not happened. The amount of the safety and health fee that accrued under the repealed regulation is payable under section 12E as if the repeal had not happened.
