### sec.321 Stability of mine workings
An underground mine’s safety and health management system must provide for ensuring the stability of mine workings.
The system must provide for the following—
investigating factors affecting the stability of mine workings;
keeping a record at the mine of the data used and calculations made in deciding—
pillar strength and stability; and
strata support requirements.
(sec.321-ssec.1) An underground mine’s safety and health management system must provide for ensuring the stability of mine workings.
(sec.321-ssec.2) The system must provide for the following— investigating factors affecting the stability of mine workings; keeping a record at the mine of the data used and calculations made in deciding— pillar strength and stability; and strata support requirements.
