### sec.316 Prohibition on entering uninspected part of mine
A person must not enter or remain in a part of an underground mine that has not been inspected and declared to be safe, unless the person is carrying out an inspection under the Act , including under this regulation.
This section does not apply—
in an emergency; or
to a part of the mine that has been sealed and is being re-entered by a mines rescue team.
