### sec.297 Warden may finish inquiry into accident If a warden has started an inquiry into an accident under the former Act and the inquiry has not been finished at the commencement, the warden may finish the inquiry under the former Act as if it had not been repealed. In this section— warden means a warden under the Mineral Resources Act 1989 .
