### sec.296 Coal Industry Employees’ Health Scheme The Coal Industry Employees’ Health Scheme Order 1993 under the former Act, as in force immediately before the commencement, continues in force as a regulation under this Act and may be cited as a Coal Mining (Industry Employees’ Health Scheme) Regulation 1993. A reference in the regulation to the former entity is taken to be a reference to the chief executive.
