### sec.112 Termination of appointment
The Minister may end the appointment of an industry safety and health representative by notice if the Minister considers the representative is not performing the representative’s functions satisfactorily.
The notice must contain the Minister’s reasons for ending the appointment of the industry safety and health representative.
