### sec.74 Existing entitlements to appeal This section applies if, immediately before the commencement— a person was entitled to appeal against a decision mentioned in section 59(1) and had not started the appeal; and the period mentioned in the section for starting the appeal had not ended. This Act as amended by the amending Act applies to the appeal. s 74 ins 2008 No. 51 s 32 (sec.74-ssec.1) This section applies if, immediately before the commencement— a person was entitled to appeal against a decision mentioned in section 59(1) and had not started the appeal; and the period mentioned in the section for starting the appeal had not ended.
