### sec.66A Protection of officials from criminal liability An official is not criminally liable for an act done honestly and without negligence in the performance of the official’s functions under this Act. In this section— official means any of the following persons— the convenor; the director; an inspector; a public service employee assisting a person mentioned in paragraph (c) . s 66A ins 2013 No. 3 s 38 amd 2017 No. 17 s 73 (sec.66A-ssec.1) An official is not criminally liable for an act done honestly and without negligence in the performance of the official’s functions under this Act. (sec.66A-ssec.2) In this section— official means any of the following persons— the convenor; the director; an inspector; a public service employee assisting a person mentioned in paragraph (c) . - (a) the convenor; - (b) the director; - (c) an inspector; - (d) a public service employee assisting a person mentioned in paragraph (c) .
