### sec.25E Defence to prosecution under s 25D It is a defence to a prosecution for an offence under section 25D , in relation to a classified film the director reasonably believes will be published in Queensland, for the defendant to prove that the defendant did not intend to publish, or authorise or cause someone else to publish, the publication in Queensland. s 25E ins 1996 No. 56 s 74 amd 2003 No. 94 s 24 ; 2017 No. 17 s 62
