### sec.51 Orders giving effect to case appraiser’s decision
A party may apply to the court for an order giving effect to a case appraiser’s decision after the time prescribed under the rules for electing to go to trial has passed.
However, a party may apply for the order before the time mentioned in subsection (1) has passed if all parties agree.
The court may make any order it considers appropriate in the circumstances.
