### sec.50 Orders giving effect to mediation agreement
A party may apply to the court for an order giving effect to an agreement reached at or after a mediation.
However, a party may apply for the order only after the mediator’s certificate has been filed.
The court may make any order it considers appropriate in the circumstances.
