107I Subsequent proceeding by claimant
(1) This chapter (or any other law) does not prevent a claimant for an
apportionable claim who has recovered judgment against a
concurrent wrongdoer for an apportionable part of any loss or damage
from bringing a subsequent proceeding against any other concurrent
wrongdoer for the loss or damage.
(2) However, in any subsequent proceeding the claimant cannot recover
an amount of damages that, having regard to any damages previously
recovered by the claimant for the loss or damage, would result in the
claimant receiving compensation for loss or damage that is more than
the loss or damage actually sustained by the claimant.
