### sec.35 Consolidated versions of local laws
The council must prepare and adopt a consolidated version of a local law.
A consolidated version of a local law is a document that accurately combines the council’s local law, as it was originally made, with all the amendments made to the local law since the local law was originally made.
When the council adopts the consolidated version of the local law, the consolidated version is taken to be the local law, in the absence of evidence to the contrary.
Within 7 days after the council adopts the consolidated version of the local law, the council must give the Minister a copy of the consolidated version of the local law in electronic form.
