### sec.291 Model procedures apply until procedures adopted If, immediately before the commencement, the council has not adopted the model procedures or other procedures under the Local Government Act, section 150G, on the commencement the council is taken to have adopted the model procedures. Subsection (1) applies until the council adopts the model procedures or other procedures under the Local Government Act, section 150G. In this section— model procedures see the Local Government Act, section 150F. s 291 ins 2019 No. 30 s 41 (sec.291-ssec.1) If, immediately before the commencement, the council has not adopted the model procedures or other procedures under the Local Government Act, section 150G, on the commencement the council is taken to have adopted the model procedures. (sec.291-ssec.2) Subsection (1) applies until the council adopts the model procedures or other procedures under the Local Government Act, section 150G.
