### sec.271 Existing development application—resumption of particular land This section applies to an existing development application mentioned in former section 90(1)(a). Former section 90 continues to apply in relation to the application as if the amending Act had not been enacted. In this section— existing development application means a development application made under the repealed Planning Act, to which the Planning Act, section 288 applies. s 271 ins 2016 No. 27 s 131 (sec.271-ssec.1) This section applies to an existing development application mentioned in former section 90(1)(a).
