### sec.235 Constitution and limits of council need not be proved It is not necessary for the plaintiff in any proceedings started by, for or against the council to prove— the council’s constitution; or the boundaries of Brisbane; or the boundaries of a ward of Brisbane. - (a) the council’s constitution; or - (b) the boundaries of Brisbane; or - (c) the boundaries of a ward of Brisbane.
