### sec.233 Evidence of directions given to council This section applies to a document that— purports to be a direction that the Minister, or the department’s chief executive, gave to the council under this Act or the Local Government Act ; and purports to be certified by or for the Minister, or the department’s chief executive, to be a true copy of the direction. The document is evidence of— the giving of the direction; and the matters contained in the direction. s 233 amd 2019 No. 30 s 39 (sec.233-ssec.1) This section applies to a document that— purports to be a direction that the Minister, or the department’s chief executive, gave to the council under this Act or the Local Government Act ; and purports to be certified by or for the Minister, or the department’s chief executive, to be a true copy of the direction.
