### sec.151 What this chapter is about This chapter contains provisions about— persons who are elected or appointed to perform responsibilities under this Act; and bodies that perform responsibilities under this Act. For example, this chapter contains provisions about— qualifications for election or appointment; and acting appointments; and conditions of appointment; and ending appointments.
