### sec.84 Single offence by child against Criminal Code, s 210 To remove any doubt, it is declared that a person is not a reportable offender under this Act only because the person committed a single offence against the Criminal Code, section 210— when the person was a child; and before the commencement. s 84 ins 2014 No. 34 s 31 - (a) when the person was a child; and - (b) before the commencement.
