### sec.72 Restriction on who may access personal information on protected witnesses The police commissioner must ensure that any personal information in the register about a person to whom part 4 , division 9 applies can not be accessed other than by a person authorised by the officer responsible for the day to day operation of the witness protection program. Part 4 , division 9 applies to particular people who are, or were, in witness protection programs.
