### sec.71 Release of information to corresponding registrar and Commonwealth agencies
The police commissioner may release personal information in the register to—
a corresponding registrar for the purpose of a corresponding Act; or
for the purpose of investigating or preventing a breach of this Act, an order under this Act or the commission of a prescribed offence—
the Australian Border Force Commissioner; or
the secretary of the home affairs department; or
the commissioner of the Australian Federal Police.

- (a) a corresponding registrar for the purpose of a corresponding Act; or
- (b) for the purpose of investigating or preventing a breach of this Act, an order under this Act or the commission of a prescribed offence— (i) the Australian Border Force Commissioner; or (ii) the secretary of the home affairs department; or (iii) the commissioner of the Australian Federal Police.
