### sec.99L Adjournments
In considering whether to adjourn a proceeding before the tribunal involving a child, the tribunal must take into account any impact that adjourning the proceeding will have on the child.
When it adjourns a proceeding, the tribunal must—
give reasons for the adjournment; and
state any matters it requires a party to the proceeding to address during the adjournment; and
give directions and make orders it considers necessary or desirable.

(sec.99L-ssec.1) In considering whether to adjourn a proceeding before the tribunal involving a child, the tribunal must take into account any impact that adjourning the proceeding will have on the child.
(sec.99L-ssec.2) When it adjourns a proceeding, the tribunal must— give reasons for the adjournment; and state any matters it requires a party to the proceeding to address during the adjournment; and give directions and make orders it considers necessary or desirable.
