### sec.99F Review applications by public guardian This section applies if the applicant for a review application is the public guardian. The review application must be made within 28 days after the public guardian gives notice under the Public Guardian Act 2014 , section 133 (4) to the chief executive about the reviewable decision. s 99F ins 2009 No. 24 s 18 amd 2010 No. 5 s 23 sub 2014 No. 26 s 200 (sec.99F-ssec.1) This section applies if the applicant for a review application is the public guardian.
