### sec.80B Making a complaint
This section applies if a child or a member of the child’s family honestly and reasonably believes a permanent guardian of the child is not complying with the guardian’s obligations under section 79A .
The person may make a complaint about the non-compliance to the chief executive.
A complaint may be made for the person by another person acting with the first person’s consent.
