### sec.73 Chief executive’s obligations about meeting child’s protection and care needs under certain orders and agreements
This section applies if—
a child protection order is made for a child, other than an order granting long-term guardianship of the child; or
a care agreement is entered into for a child.
The chief executive must take steps that are reasonable and practicable to help the child’s family meet the child’s protection and care needs.
For subsection (2) , the chief executive must have regular contact with the child and the child’s parents or other appropriate members of the child’s family.

(sec.73-ssec.1) This section applies if— a child protection order is made for a child, other than an order granting long-term guardianship of the child; or a care agreement is entered into for a child.
