### sec.72 Report of conference
As soon as practicable after the conference is finished, the chairperson must file in the court a report of the conference containing the particulars prescribed under rules of court .
If the report states the parties have reached an agreement in relation to the application the subject of the proceeding and it is practicable for the application to be heard earlier than the adjournment date, the registrar must immediately—
fix a new time and place for the hearing of the application; and
advise the chairperson and the parties of the time and place for the hearing of the application.
If the new time and place for the hearing of the application is not the same day the conference finished, the registrar must confirm the advice by written notice.
