### sec.65D Transition plans
If the court makes a transition order in relation to a child, the chief executive must prepare a plan, for the period of the transition order, that—
states how the chief executive intends to provide for the support and gradual transition of the child into the care of the child’s parents; and
includes matters prescribed under a regulation for inclusion in the plan.
