### sec.53A Chief executive’s role in support of litigation director This section applies if the chief executive refers a child protection matter to the litigation director under the Director of Child Protection Litigation Act 2016 , section 15 . The chief executive must work collaboratively with the litigation director in relation to the matter, including by giving the litigation director the information, documents and evidence required under that Act. s 53A ins 2016 No. 24 s 9 (sec.53A-ssec.1) This section applies if the chief executive refers a child protection matter to the litigation director under the Director of Child Protection Litigation Act 2016 , section 15 .
