### sec.51YB Evidence relating to case plans
Evidence of anything recorded in a case plan is inadmissible in a criminal proceeding before a court other than with the consent of all persons mentioned in the case plan.
In a child protection proceeding, a person must not be taken to have admitted anything alleged about the person only because the person participated in the development of, or agreed to, a case plan.
