### sec.51Y Distributing and implementing the revised case plan
This section applies after the chief executive has prepared the revised case plan.
The chief executive must—
give a copy of the plan to the child, unless that would be inappropriate having regard to the child’s age and ability to understand; and
explain any changes in the plan to the child in a way, and to an extent, that is reasonable, having regard to the child’s age and ability to understand; and
give a copy to the child’s parents and anyone else affected by the plan or who the chief executive considers should receive a copy; and
support the implementation of the plan.

(sec.51Y-ssec.1) This section applies after the chief executive has prepared the revised case plan.
(sec.51Y-ssec.2) The chief executive must— give a copy of the plan to the child, unless that would be inappropriate having regard to the child’s age and ability to understand; and explain any changes in the plan to the child in a way, and to an extent, that is reasonable, having regard to the child’s age and ability to understand; and give a copy to the child’s parents and anyone else affected by the plan or who the chief executive considers should receive a copy; and support the implementation of the plan.

- (c) give a copy to the child’s parents and anyone else affected by the plan or who the chief executive considers should receive a copy; and
- (d) support the implementation of the plan.
