### sec.51Y Distributing and implementing the revised case plan This section applies after the chief executive has prepared the revised case plan. The chief executive must— give a copy of the plan to the child, unless that would be inappropriate having regard to the child’s age and ability to understand; and explain any changes in the plan to the child in a way, and to an extent, that is reasonable, having regard to the child’s age and ability to understand; and give a copy to the child’s parents and anyone else affected by the plan or who the chief executive considers should receive a copy; and support the implementation of the plan. s 51Y ins 2004 No. 36 s 15 (sec.51Y-ssec.1) This section applies after the chief executive has prepared the revised case plan.
