### sec.51T Distributing and implementing the plan
After a case plan has been recorded in the approved form and endorsed, the chief executive must—
give a copy of the plan to the child, unless that would be inappropriate having regard to the child’s age and ability to understand; and
explain the plan to the child in a way, and to an extent, that is reasonable, having regard to the child’s age and ability to understand; and
give a copy of the plan to—
the child’s parents; and
anyone else affected by the plan or who the chief executive considers should receive a copy; and
an approved carer
an elder or other respected person of the child’s community
support the implementation of the plan.
The chief executive may provide, or arrange for another entity to provide, a service to the child’s family.

- (d) support the implementation of the plan. Example of supporting the implementation of the plan— The chief executive may provide, or arrange for another entity to provide, a service to the child’s family.
