### sec.29 Duration of temporary assessment orders
A temporary assessment order must state the time when it ends.
The stated time must not be more than 3 business days after the day the order is made.
The order ends at the stated time unless it is extended.
Regardless of subsections (1) to (3) , the order ends when the child turns 18 years.
