### sec.286 Application of ss 141B and 141D to persons performing risk-assessed roles
This section applies in relation to a person if—
on the commencement, the person—
is performing a risk-assessed role for a licensed care service; and
has a domestic violence history or a traffic history; and
the person had not disclosed the domestic violence history, or the traffic history, under section 141D(2) before the commencement.
For sections 141B(2) and 141D(2), the person is taken to have acquired the domestic violence history, or the traffic history, on the commencement.

(sec.286-ssec.1) This section applies in relation to a person if— on the commencement, the person— is performing a risk-assessed role for a licensed care service; and has a domestic violence history or a traffic history; and the person had not disclosed the domestic violence history, or the traffic history, under section 141D(2) before the commencement.
(sec.286-ssec.2) For sections 141B(2) and 141D(2), the person is taken to have acquired the domestic violence history, or the traffic history, on the commencement.
- (a) on the commencement, the person— (i) is performing a risk-assessed role for a licensed care service; and (ii) has a domestic violence history or a traffic history; and
- (i) is performing a risk-assessed role for a licensed care service; and
- (ii) has a domestic violence history or a traffic history; and
- (b) the person had not disclosed the domestic violence history, or the traffic history, under section 141D(2) before the commencement.
- (i) is performing a risk-assessed role for a licensed care service; and
- (ii) has a domestic violence history or a traffic history; and
