### sec.264 Current applications relating to foster carer certificates
This section applies to an application made under repealed section 132 that, immediately before the commencement day, had not been decided.
If the application is for a certificate of approval, it is taken to have been made under section 133.
If the application is to renew a certificate of approval, it is taken to have been made under section 134.
In this section—
commencement day means the day the Child Safety Legislation Amendment Act 2005 , section 38, commences.
repealed section 132 means section 132 as in force before the commencement day.

(sec.264-ssec.1) This section applies to an application made under repealed section 132 that, immediately before the commencement day, had not been decided.
(sec.264-ssec.2) If the application is for a certificate of approval, it is taken to have been made under section 133.
(sec.264-ssec.3) If the application is to renew a certificate of approval, it is taken to have been made under section 134.
