### sec.260 Exemption from expiry of Children’s Services Regulation 1966 Despite the Statutory Instruments Act 1992 , part 7, the Children’s Services Regulation 1966 does not expire at the end of 30 June 1999 but remains in force until the earliest of the following, when it ceases to have effect— the commencement of section 250; the end of 31 December 1999; the repeal or expiry of the regulation, other than under the part or as mentioned in paragraph (a) or (b). - (a) the commencement of section 250; - (b) the end of 31 December 1999; - (c) the repeal or expiry of the regulation, other than under the part or as mentioned in paragraph (a) or (b).
