### sec.254 Existing supervision orders
An existing supervision order continues in force under this Act as if it were a child protection order requiring the chief executive to supervise the child’s protection in relation to the matters stated in the order.
An existing supervision order continued in force under subsection (1) ends 1 year after the commencing day or, if the child earlier turns 18 years, when the child turns 18 years.
(sec.254-ssec.1) An existing supervision order continues in force under this Act as if it were a child protection order requiring the chief executive to supervise the child’s protection in relation to the matters stated in the order.
(sec.254-ssec.2) An existing supervision order continued in force under subsection (1) ends 1 year after the commencing day or, if the child earlier turns 18 years, when the child turns 18 years.
