### sec.245F Department review at Minister’s request The chief executive must carry out a review about the department’s involvement with the child if the Minister requests a review under this section. The Minister may ask the chief executive to carry out a review if the Minister considers the circumstances of the child’s death or serious physical injury may be relevant to the chief executive’s functions under this Act, having regard to the purpose of reviews stated in section 245 (3) . s 245F ins 2020 No. 2 s 6 (sec.245F-ssec.1) The chief executive must carry out a review about the department’s involvement with the child if the Minister requests a review under this section. (sec.245F-ssec.2) The Minister may ask the chief executive to carry out a review if the Minister considers the circumstances of the child’s death or serious physical injury may be relevant to the chief executive’s functions under this Act, having regard to the purpose of reviews stated in section 245 (3) .
