### sec.241 Transfer of court file
This section applies if—
a court has made an order transferring a child protection order or proceeding to a participating State; and
the time, if any, for an appeal against the court’s order has expired; and
the court’s order is not subject to a stay.
The registrar of the court must give the court file for the child protection order or proceeding to the registrar of the Childrens Court of the participating State.

(sec.241-ssec.1) This section applies if— a court has made an order transferring a child protection order or proceeding to a participating State; and the time, if any, for an appeal against the court’s order has expired; and the court’s order is not subject to a stay.
(sec.241-ssec.2) The registrar of the court must give the court file for the child protection order or proceeding to the registrar of the Childrens Court of the participating State.
- (a) a court has made an order transferring a child protection order or proceeding to a participating State; and
- (b) the time, if any, for an appeal against the court’s order has expired; and
- (c) the court’s order is not subject to a stay.
