### sec.225 Application for transfer
If there is a child protection proceeding pending in the Childrens Court, an application may be made to the court transferring the proceeding to the Childrens Court in a participating State.
Only the litigation director may make the application—see the Director of Child Protection Litigation Act 2016 , section 10 .
The application must—
state the grounds on which it is made; and
state the nature of the order sought; and
comply with applicable rules of court; and
be filed in the court.

(sec.225-ssec.1) If there is a child protection proceeding pending in the Childrens Court, an application may be made to the court transferring the proceeding to the Childrens Court in a participating State.
