### sec.206 Orders that may be transferred A child protection order in force under this Act may be transferred to a participating State under this part, unless the order is— an interim order under section 67 ; or a long-term guardianship order granting long-term guardianship of a child to someone other than the chief executive; or a permanent care order. s 206 ins 2000 No. 7 s 43 amd 2017 No. 44 s 77 - (a) an interim order under section 67 ; or - (b) a long-term guardianship order granting long-term guardianship of a child to someone other than the chief executive; or - (c) a permanent care order.
