### sec.206 Orders that may be transferred
A child protection order in force under this Act may be transferred to a participating State under this part, unless the order is—
an interim order under section 67 ; or
a long-term guardianship order granting long-term guardianship of a child to someone other than the chief executive; or
a permanent care order.
