### sec.189AA Making information available for Public Guardian Act 2014 The chief executive may, under arrangements made with the public guardian, make information about a person’s affairs, acquired in the administration of this Act, available to the public guardian for the purposes of the Public Guardian Act 2014 . However, subsection (1) does not apply to information about the identity of a person mentioned in section 186 who notifies the chief executive, an authorised officer or a police officer that the person suspects a matter mentioned in section 186 (a) or (b) . Without limiting subsection (1) , the arrangement may provide for the electronic transfer of information, including on a daily basis. This section is not limited by, and does not limit, chapter 5A . Section 188 does not apply to information made available under subsection (1) .
