### sec.170 Person not to be prosecuted twice If a person has been convicted, found guilty or acquitted of an offence against a child welfare law or interstate law of another State for an act or omission of the person, the person may not be prosecuted for an offence against this Act for the same act or omission. s 170 ins 2000 No. 7 s 31
