### sec.168 Offence not to comply with certain orders
A child’s parent must not knowingly contravene a provision of an order directing the parent not to have contact (direct or indirect)—
with the child; or
with the child other than when a stated person or a person of a stated category is present.
Maximum penalty—100 penalty units or 1 year’s imprisonment.
For subsection (1) , a person who is in the Childrens Court when the order is made or is given notice of the order is taken to know the contents of the order.
