### sec.160 Obstruction of authorised officer etc.
A person must not obstruct an authorised officer or police officer in the exercise of a power under this Act, unless the person has a reasonable excuse.
Maximum penalty—40 penalty units.
However, a child does not commit an offence against subsection (1) merely because the child resists being taken into custody under this Act for the child’s protection or being moved to a safe place under section 21 .
